Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the International Network of Doctors Journal (INDJ) website and member portal. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

• Give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts that are misused or that break these terms.

Submissions

• Only submit work that you wrote or have the right to share.
• You keep ownership of your work. You allow INDJ staff to read and handle it to provide the service you requested.
• Follow accepted standards of research integrity, including citing sources and disclosing the use of AI tools.

Services, fees and events

Fees for services and events are agreed with you before work begins or at registration. Event fees are paid offline (for example in cash or by mobile banking); a registration is confirmed once our team records your payment.

Acceptable use

Do not use the portal to harass others, share unlawful content, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours.

AI features

The research assistant and pre-review tools give automated suggestions that can be wrong. They do not replace review by our editors.
